Meet Dr. Lucy Andrews, DNP Founder of BrainGuard™ Dementia Engagement System Dr. Lucy Andrews brings 45 years of nursing and dementia care experience to everything she creates. She is a dementia care consultant, nurse educator, expert witness, and the creator of the BrainGuard™ Dementia Engagement Program — a complete, research-based system now licensed by home care agencies nationwide. Dr. Andrews holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and specializes in dementia services and care across the continuum. She founded At Your Service Home Care and Care Consulting Services, giving her firsthand knowledge of what home care agencies need to deliver exceptional dementia care. She is the author of Joyful Moments Unlocked: A 52-Week Dementia Activity Book — featured in a dedicated one-on-one interview with Teepa Snow, founder of Positive Approach to Care® and the world’s leading dementia care educator.
